The gardens and pools are the best part, and they're well maintained. We had a large, comfortable self-catering mountain chalet with lots provided in the rooms. The bar's great too, the staff can mix a decent cocktail. Maybe evening swims could be nicer with fewer kids around. We'll be back.

The pool area is stunning, and the resort itself is amazing. We stayed in one of the self-catering chalets. It was decent, though a few door handles were faulty and some furniture was old. There wasn't much dishwashing liquid, just two cloths, and no mop. Service was great, with quick replies whenever we needed something.

From the bathrobes to the neatly rolled spa towels, the attention to detail was lovely. The best part, though, was the staff, from the gentleman who opened the boom to the wonderful restaurant team. Special thanks to Celeste, Madalena and Charmonay. We really appreciate you. I had a great weekend at Avalon Springs.

Our tour group had another lovely stay at our favourite place, enjoying every minute of four nights there. The staff were wonderful, and we enjoyed the water too. Avalon Springs deserves all the praise. Thank you!

I was blown away by how helpful everyone was, all the staff wearing name tags, and I still don't know how they manage it. The grounds are well kept, and the staff are absolutely excellent. Hotel guests can use about eight clean warm pools, open 24/7, which is fantastic. The buffet breakfast was crazy good too. We'll be back regularly. Thank you.
