Garden Route Self Catering

I spent almost three weeks here and found it a great place to unwind. There's plenty of space, everything you need, and the beach is close enough to walk to for a leg stretch. The braai boma under the trees is lovely. A hidden gem for a peaceful break, with bushbuck and birdlife roaming the streets.

We've stayed here twice and loved it both times. The room was clean and had a great view, and by the end we felt like family. Thanks so much, especially for the tips on what to see and do around the area.

We celebrated oupa's 80th birthday here with our family of 18, and it may have been our last time all together. Every family had its own bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, plus a sea view. In the evenings we gathered in the boma beneath the big old trees and watched the sun set in the west. When it was cold or windy, the indoor fireplace was lovely. Jeanetta and her husband Danie were excellent hosts and made us feel at home. Ben cleaned, did our laundry and washed the dishes every night. Thank you for a wonderful holiday together.

I'm back for my second stay at this guesthouse. It's peaceful, the view is spectacular, and the hosts are the best you could ask for. I'll keep coming back. 👌
