The host lady was superb, so helpful and friendly, and went out of her way to make us comfortable. Everything was beautiful and neat, with just the sort of accommodation you appreciate for a weekend away. We had a most enjoyable weekend and will definitely recommend these apartments to friends and family back home.

The two caretakers were among the politest people I've met, and the house was neat and really comfortable. We especially enjoyed the calm atmosphere at Villa Chanté, and seeing wild buck right at our doorstep was lovely. It was a refreshing stay, and we really enjoyed our time there.

The bird life at Villa Chante was lovely, and the villa was neat and tidy. Louise went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed. It's in a quiet area, with the shops and beach still close enough, and the view is very nice. A great place to relax. Thanks again for a memorable stay!

The units are simple and have a cozy indoor braai, and my vehicle was safely parked in a garage. We spotted buck grazing just a few metres away, and the beach was less than a five-minute drive. We also took a free shuttle to dine in Mossel Bay. Management were friendly and helpful, checking in regularly to see how we were doing. We had an amazing weekend at Villa Chante and have already booked for next year.

The setting is gorgeous, but the hosts' service was poor. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived, and even though they'd been told our arrival time, we waited 30 minutes for the hosts to show up. They didn't apologize. The Wi-Fi stopped working without explanation, and the light outside by the braai didn't work either. We won't return.
