The Point Hotel & Spa

We spent our honeymoon here and were thoroughly spoiled. The Indian cook served us a wonderful variety of food, and the view from both our room and the dinner table added so much to the experience. The hotel staff and Mr Parimal were great hosts and seemed to know just what we’d need for a luxurious holiday.

Mr. Parimal’s warm hospitality and thoughtful service made this stay memorable. He took care of every detail, and I felt right at home in a clean, peaceful room with all the comforts I needed. The food was another highlight, with a range of delicious dishes at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. Highly recommend this place for a really good stay.

The hotel and spa were amazing, and the Indian food was so good. Their chef even came out to check on us. We met Parimal, the manager, who was very nice and suggested places to visit. He also has plenty of local contacts that could be helpful. I’d love to come back. If you can, get a room facing the ocean.

I loved how relaxing the property felt, and the staff were warm and accommodating. My suite at The Point Hotel & Spa had a jet tub and fireplace, a spotless room, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful views from the windows. It was stocked with thoughtful extras, including real coffee cream, plenty of glassware and teacups, lots of teas, robes, slippers, cotton balls, Q-tips, makeup wipes, a sewing kit, and shoe mitts. The fireplace was cleaned and refilled with wood every day, and they made fresh treats on site. The bottled water was some of the best I’ve tasted. There were guides and suggestions for nearby restaurants, drinks, and activities. The on-site spa has a whirlpool and steam room, although the steam room didn’t seem to be working while I was there. Food and service were excellent, with lots of menu choices and quick, friendly attention. I’d have given five stars, except I’d paid to add champagne and flowers to my reservation. I had to ask for the champagne at check-in, though they sorted that out, and the flowers never came. I’ll contact the hotel directly to get that resolved. Everything else exceeded expectations, and I’d recommend it for a romantic, restful, luxurious getaway. I hope to return for longer next time. Future guests may want to confirm add-ons like flowers or champagne before arrival.
