Breakfast was a real highlight, and the Wi-Fi worked well the whole time. I stayed three nights at Nelspruit Lodge and had a lovely visit. Check-in was quick, and the reception staff were warm and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable, with a great bed and fresh linen, and housekeeping did a good job. I'd happily come back and recommend Nelspruit Lodge to anyone in the area.

The reception coffee station made it impossible to rest or have privacy. People talked loudly there until 11 at night, then started up again at 04:00, with ironing and more loud talking and laughing. I also had almost no Wi-Fi reception, just like on my previous visit, when my room to the right of reception upstairs smelled and I complained about the connection. I gave the lodge another chance this week, hoping they'd taken those complaints seriously, and got a room on the left above reception. I can't recommend it as our company's preferred accommodation when colleagues need to work and make conference calls in the evening.

JP was very friendly and gave us good service, and the staff were welcoming. Nelspruit lodge was clean and peaceful, a nice place to relax with family. The rooms were great and the pool was good. Our only issue was the braai setup. It'd be much easier if each block had its own braai facility. Thanks, everything else was superb, and we'll definitely come back.
