Everything was easy thanks to Andrew, who was friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. We loved our time at Gelukkie in Paternoster and would be glad to return. The accommodation is peaceful and beautifully designed, with little details that made it feel like home. Highly recommended.

Andrew was so welcoming and friendly that we felt right at home. There are lovely outdoor corners and places to sit around the property. We’ve stayed in several Paternoster cottages over the years, and Gelukkie is among the best for comfort and atmosphere. The rooms are generously sized, the beds are very comfortable, and the en suite bathroom is beautiful. It’s only about a minute’s drive from the ocean. What a great find.

I love how beautifully made and decorated this place is. It has a whimsical, romantic South African feel that really stays with you. Tucked away from the busy parts of Paternoster, it’s a lovely escape for a couple.
