After being scammed over a booking elsewhere while travelling from Cape Town, we were turned away by several places because it was such short notice. I contacted the owner here, and within minutes she had arranged somewhere for us to stay. Her customer service was amazing, and I'm very thankful.

The hostess was so friendly and made a real effort to make our stay work, even though we had to arrive late and leave early each day. Breakfast was delicious and there was plenty of it. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the venue was beautiful, and the prices were excellent. What a gem. I'd happily stay again, and would give it 10 stars if I could.

It really felt like a home away from home. The staff are so friendly, and the owner is thoughtful and always ready to help. It's very affordable too. I'd recommend it again and again, whether you're travelling or just looking for a family break. I absolutely love this place.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding and had a really pleasant stay. Vivienne was a gem of a host at this Hidden (Inn) gem. We'd definitely come back.

The owner was very rude, watched everything we did, and was verbally abusive. She called my friends and me “you people,” and I have never felt so unwelcome or disappointed. The service was horrible, the worst of its kind.
