The reception staff and barman gave excellent service. The security guards, though, were quite rude and unpleasant with guests. Even on weekends, the bar shuts too early, leaving patrons with little to do, and guests aren't allowed to sit in the bar area once it's closed. They should review those rules.

The receptionist was great, friendly, and really helpful. My room, though, wasn't clean: there was hair on the floor, small black flies in the shower, and the iron was dirty.

They changed the geyser elements without giving us any warning. We were left without hot water, so we couldn't shower before heading to a function. There’s a real gap between staff and guests, and they need to communicate much better.

At 3am I was still awake because of other guests making noise. I had to travel early that morning, and the place had poor soundproofing and little control over the noise.
