The rooms were clean and very comfortable, and I loved the decorations. Everything else was well maintained, though the toilet seat was broken. Parking felt very secure, and staff helped when I arrived. When I left, I walked past them and nobody responded, offered to help with my luggage, or asked how my stay had been.

We've stayed here three times, including once with family visiting from overseas, and had a different room each time. Each had its own theme and was elegantly decorated with lots of thoughtful details. The house and outdoor area are beautiful, with a lovely city view. The well-equipped kitchen and comfortable dining room were a bonus, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Great value for money, and they have a generator when needed.

Room 5 upstairs was spacious and super clean, with a large bathroom, great linen, and a comfortable bed. There was also a bar fridge, microwave, and kettle in the room. The old house has been stylishly renovated while staying true to the era it was built in. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the house is near the Midlands mall and numerous good restaurants. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

My car broke down on the way back from holiday, and they were extremely helpful. I went back yesterday to pick it up. Great reception, very clean and neat rooms with tasteful decorations, a comfy bed, and a hearty breakfast. I'd recommend them to anyone. Thanks, Neville.
