The bedding was atrocious, and the shower had missing wall tiles with grime all around. The pool was filthy, and after we asked for it to be cleaned, they said someone was on the way. We waited all day with no explanation, wasting time we could have used to make other plans. At the gate we also had to answer 20 questions every time we went out. When we arrived, we found out our room had been double-booked. They tried everything to get us to turn it down, even saying the TV didn't work, but we held our ground and eventually got the room. It wasn't ready: the beds weren't made and there were no towels. We came back three hours later to check in, but there were only hand towels, no toilet paper, and no tea supplies like cups, sugar or coffee. We had to ask for a kettle just to make tea. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Maybe it used to be good, but not anymore.

There was one towel for three guests, and when we asked for more, we only got hand towels. The friendly staff tried to keep us happy, but the bedding was old, and one bed had a large hole in it. The pipe under the sink leaked, and shower tiles were missing, exposing mould. This used to be a good, decent BnB. Disappointing.

The staff were so loud they woke me up several times. The room was dirty AF, and the furniture and decor were the most sub par I've seen in a BnB. The aircon and TV didn't work, and there was no bar fridge, towels, ironing board or WiFi. I've stayed in much better places for less money. It's a pity such a pathetic establishment is in such a nice area.

I slept in Room 11 in summer sheets during winter, with no extra blankets. There were no towels, carpets, bottled water or drinking glasses, and the TV had no signal. Breakfast was basic, and there was no menu. I left without eating. A BnB should have the basics. This place isn't worth a rating, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I was freezing in a small room with metal walls. The blanket and curtains were dirty, there were no towels, and there was no aircon or heater. The TV didn't work, and the person at reception was very rude. I was told there was no owner to speak to. I paid R1100 for two nights, and wouldn't advise anyone to stay here, not even a dead person.
