A lovely, quiet garden full of birds, with a lemon tree, a fig tree, and a plunge pool to cool off in. Beautiful spot for nature lovers.

The accommodation listed on Airbnb wasn’t there. We paid a deposit to Elizabeth, received booking confirmation, and paid the balance in December, all through Airbnb. But when we arrived at Eventide Lodge at 15:00, the accommodation was unavailable and eight people were left stranded. We contacted Airbnb and requested a refund. A fraud charge was submitted against Elizabeth.

There’s a wonderful variety of birds in the beautiful riverside garden, and the accommodation is great. Big pool, lovely host.
