The ocean view was gorgeous, and the house itself is beautiful, with distinctive architecture and interior design.

The beach has a wonderful atmosphere, though getting there takes some effort. The path is very steep going down, then very steep back up afterward. Plettenberg Bay is easy to reach on foot from this superb location. There were six of us and we didn't even need one of the bedrooms. The house was a dream, beautifully furnished and very well organized, with a lovely pool overlooking the bay. We'd highly recommend it.
