I was travelling alone and felt safe here. The hospitality was impeccable, the place was clean, the bed was comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and good.

The rooms weren't too bad, though they're old fashioned, and I don't think this place is worthy of a four star rating. The TVs don't work, either. The manager, the light skinned lady, had a bad attitude toward the staff, and the service overall was poor. There seemed to be little understanding of customer service. They could use some workshops to help them understand the business they're in, shem. It also felt disrespectful when staff counted and inspected the food and drinks they'd served us while we were eating.

I checked in on Sunday and left Friday, and the same linen stayed on my bed all week without being changed. I had to ask for toilet paper, and I got the same menu every day. One woman in the kitchen was rude and xenophobic. She treated me as if helping me was a favour, and even said that it was.

The place and garden are beautiful, and the rooms are clean, but there was a moldy smell. I kept my clothes in my suitcase for all three weeks because the cupboard smelled. At breakfast and dinner, the portions were small, and staff had to ask the kitchen for permission if we wanted more. The breakfast menu stayed the same for my two to three weeks there. I suggested other options, they tried them, then stopped. When we wanted to choose rooms, W******* argued that we should take whatever room we were given. W****** is ruining the place with her attitude, and the business could collapse if she carries on like that. I love the place, but the service is bad. Charmaine, Dimakatso and Abigail tried to make our stay better. The cleaners were very friendly, and Mr Mokone works so hard he deserves an award. I'm giving three stars because of you guys. Without you, it would've been zero.

The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are clean. The bathroom fittings are a bit dated, with some rusty parts exposed. Breakfast was okay, nothing special.
