We won't be coming back. The air conditioning was broken, and the rooms felt like a sauna. I thought I might get heat stroke. Rooms 2 & 3 are in the middle of the building, with no airflow through them. The pool water was murky because its filter wasn't working.

The room had practical basics like clean towels and linen, tea and coffee, and a mini-fridge. The view of Port Alfred was great.

A veeeeery bad experience. We arrived late and were told there was no water, not even to flush. We were tired and couldn't take a bath, and the security guy asked us to wait until 9am for management. We were in Port Alfred for an event, so now we'd have to be late.

The rooms are clean and fresh, and they're good overall. Space is limited, though, and the location holds them back.

I didn't feel safe or able to rest here. A group of guests partied in the communal area all night, and when I asked them at 2am to keep the noise down, they carried on until 5am. I left at 5:30 and saw the state of the area in the photos. It was absolutely disgusting. Letting guests behave this way is appalling and doesn't make others feel secure. I'm waiting for a refund and an apology. If you want peace and safety, please don't book this guesthouse. It was the worst one I've ever stayed at.
