We celebrated my birthday during our stay, and the staff made it feel really special. They were friendly, kind, helpful, and full of useful information. We arrived as guests and left feeling like family. I also had a refreshing day at the spa. Thanks so much to all of you, from the bottom of our hearts. We look forward to coming back.

We stayed in the executive suite for four nights, from 19th to 23rd April, and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was our first visit to Port St. Johns, and choosing Ntaba Lodge was the best decision we made for exploring the Wild Coast. The staff were friendly and professional, and service was great. Bugs and Ivan were gracious hosts who were happy to help with every request.

The large river is impressive, and the spacious, very nice rooms have beds that promise a good night's sleep. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful. It's a small oasis of peace and relaxation, well worth staying at. The massages are highly recommended.

The receptionist wasn't friendly or helpful. We asked if we could view the place, but she said no, and they weren't taking bookings that day either. We wanted to see it first because we'd read a review saying the pictures were misleading. I don't understand how you can book or make a decision without being allowed to look around.

The location is great, overlooking the Mzimvubu river. The food is fresh and the staff are friendly. My only issue was that the towels and bedding were a bit discoloured, and could do with being changed. Otherwise, all was good 😊
