7 At Brainline

We were a couple staying at 7 at Brainline Accommodation in Pretoria, and the host made us feel welcome from the start. She was attentive and available whenever we needed her. The rooms matched what was shown on Booking.com, and they were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. After our second night, a severe storm with hail left our room leaking. We called around midnight, and the host responded straight away and moved us to another room without hesitation. That response really stood out. The new room was beautiful too. Later, we heard footsteps upstairs and told her. She spoke professionally with the upstairs neighbor, then after a few nights offered to move us upstairs so we wouldn’t be disturbed. The neighborhood is peaceful and feels safe, with a security guard at the gate. There’s a large garden to relax in or walk around. Before we left, the host also offered us coffee on the house, a thoughtful gesture. We felt well looked after throughout our stay, thanks to the host and the quality of the accommodation, and would stay here again. We’d recommend 7 at Brainline to anyone visiting Pretoria.
