There’s a communal kitchen with a sink and microwave, and the room has an en-suite bathroom, air conditioner, TV, wardrobe, and mini fridge. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi stayed stable, and the showers had good pressure with a nice range of warm settings. There’s a pool and soft drinks available on site, too. The guesthouse is in a well-known area that seems safe, not far from the city center and plenty of stores. The owner was accommodating and sorted out any issues straight away, and the staff were very helpful.

I loved every moment of this spectacular stay. The rooms, staff, and surroundings all felt relaxing. It was my first time there this Saturday, 28 FEB 2026, and I felt like I could buy the place and stay forever. YOURS Leroi

The service was terrible. Even though we confirmed our booking on the day we arrived, our room had been given to someone else, and we had to find somewhere else to stay. The staff seemed afraid to call the owner at night to ask why our room wasn't available anymore. When we called earlier to confirm, we also spoke to a very rude woman. I will never book here again.

The walls were very dirty, and there were stains on the linen. It made for a really unpleasant stay.

The location was great and felt very safe. Maison Akiba was beautiful and clean, with a quiet, nature-filled setting away from the noise. Our room overlooked the pool, which the kids loved, and the staff were welcoming, caring, and available around the clock. We got good value for our money, and I can recommend Maison Akiba for a stay in Preteria.
