The hosts were helpful, friendly and communicative even before I booked my five-night work stay at At 98 on Lynburn Guest House. Once I arrived, Frik was flexible about changing things around to accommodate my dietary requirements. Each evening I came back to a clean, comfortable, cool room. There were power outages over several days, but they arranged a generator, so we were barely affected. I’m so glad I chose this place, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Pretoria!

The garden was such a peaceful place to unwind, with greenery, bright colors, and classical water features. Inside, the villa felt spacious and luxurious, with tasteful furnishings and thoughtful details. I stayed at 98 on Lynburn Guest House in a self-catering villa, and it felt a bit like being in Tuscany. The security also gave me peace of mind when I was travelling late. Manus and Frik were warm and accommodating, and went out of their way to help with anything I needed.

Manus and Frik were a big help with local recommendations while we were visiting from overseas. We were welcomed with homemade delicacies, then had a lovely breakfast in the morning. The gardens were clearly cared for, with attention to detail all around the property. The hosts were accommodating, and the location worked perfectly for us, central to Lynnwood Bridge, Glenfair, and Pretoria East. A great place for a few nights in Pretoria.
