The gates at Novas guest house break down a lot, and the property needs renovations. One of the pallets between it and the neighbouring property is broken. The woman who welcomes guests also needs to improve her customer service.

The rooms looked nothing like the listing photos. They were dirty, with paint peeling and flaking off the walls. The bathroom lights didn't work, the kitchen was dirty, and the toilet roll holder was coming out of the wall. They were quick to say there'd be no refund, but there was no service. I could go on. This was a huge disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend Nova Guest house to anyone. I can't believe it's listed on bookings. Com.

We had a wonderful stay at Novus Guest House and it's our first choice for future visits. The rooms were spotless, the welcome was warm, and the staff made us feel comfortable throughout. Breakfast was delicious, the location was convenient, and the hospitality was outstanding. Highly recommend it!

The service was perfect, and we did enjoy our stay, though the room wasn't especially nice because the bathroom had inserts. Finding the place was difficult with so many trees. I hope they cut them back and put up a big sign at the gate.

The lady manager was awesome. It suited us perfectly for a one-night stay.
