The service was professional but still genuinely friendly, and the team’s flexibility made organizing everything feel easy and personal. In the breathtaking garden, the high tea came with a lovely selection of delicate treats, beautifully presented and a delight to eat. Sonell Pienaar’s exquisite floral arrangements added a romantic, refined touch to an already stunning setting. It was an elegant, memorable experience I’d happily recommend.

We had fresh food cooked to order, with fantastic presentation and some of the best preparation I’ve experienced. It’s one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The location feels very safe, though you need the hotel shuttle or Uber to get around.

I was really disappointed by how I was treated, especially since I’m self-conscious about my weight. We came to plan my granny’s 80th birthday and asked for seats because the place was fully booked. They gave us seats, but one was broken, and it was mine. When I politely asked for another chair, I was told I was too heavy and needed to go on a diet. They also said my stomach was too big. I’m not fat, though I know I’m a bit overweight and working on my fitness. That comment was a huge blow to my motivation.

The staff made our little one’s birthday party feel so lovely, and they were kind throughout. Ivory Manor Boutique Hotel has a calm feel, classic design, and really good food. A beautiful place to celebrate or just unwind.
