Renee and Fred made it easy to feel at home. They made sure I had what I needed and were always happy to help. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable, and well worth the price. They were an absolute pleasure to get to know, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

Renee and Fred make Bay Tree Guest House feel like a home away from home. My room was comfortable, and the hosts were ready to help with anything I needed. It’s on a beautiful, central street, with restaurants and shops easy to reach. I’d happily stay again and recommend it.

For my overnight visit to VFS Cherry Lane Pretoria, I booked Bay Tree Guest House through Bookings.Com. Renè welcomed us warmly and offered coffee or tea. Our room had everything we needed, including a mini fridge, microwave and kettle, and the two single beds were comfortable with plenty of warm blankets and a duvet. It was clean and tidy. We spent a few hours outside eating and chatting. The price was very reasonable, and the location felt safe and central. Charming hosts.

From arrival through departure, our hosts treated us with great respect and carefully explained everything. They made sure we were comfortable, helped us find somewhere to dine and ensured we woke up on time. Every detail was taken care of. Highly recommendable stay at Bay Tree.

Renè is lovely and willing to accommodate you. This guest house is ideally placed for admin at DIRCO or any of the nearby embassies. There are food places down the road to the right, and the neighborhood is very quiet. The breakfast was nice too.
