I’m staying here for the first time right now, at @13. It’s neat, the pool is well looked after, and the front desk staff help as much as they can, though some things are beyond what they can do. I haven’t met housekeeping yet, but the place looks like they’re doing their job well. The room setup is great, though the furniture, shower area and cardboards need TLC, and the confectionery equipment isn’t complete. WiFi needs attention too. It’s slow or doesn’t connect. I don’t usually use it when travelling, but my reception was bad, so I had to rely on the provided connection. For a night away on business or work, it’s a great place to chill, and I’d return in future. I’d recommend putting drinking water and coffee or tea in the rooms, not just cups, a kettle and spoons.

The accommodation’s decor has lovely details, and there’s a kitchen if you’d rather cook than get takeaways. The view of the union building from outside is beautiful, as is the pool area. I’m in love with this place.

Such a quiet, peaceful spot. Had the best Christmas chill-out with my women.

The blankets smelled, and when we asked to have them changed, they wouldn’t do it and told us to wait until the next day.
