Faircity Grosvenor Gardens

Cleanliness was a major problem for us. The apartment smelled stale when we arrived, and the bedding didn’t seem clean, so we bought linen spray, a diffuser, fleece blankets, and sheets to use during our stay. There was also a foul smell in the cupboard under the sink where the pots were kept, and the sofa was so dirty and smelled off that we couldn’t use it. The area itself is quiet and nice, and being near most shopping centres is convenient. But with the apartment in that condition, I wouldn’t recommend the place.

A stylish, beautiful guesthouse, and the staff are friendly too.

The apartment was clean and fully furnished, and there’s a designated smoking area. The office staff are super friendly. There wasn’t anything to watch on TV, though, so bring movies on a drive. If you’d rather not have conversations in a language you don’t understand, avoid trying to chat with housekeeping.

We were happy with the accommodation and would definitely recommend it. It was very nice and comfortable, but the kitchen could use more basics: we found just two knives and one fork, and there were no water glasses or frying pan.
