The lovely hosts, Irma and Paul, were so kind, welcoming, and friendly, and their two gorgeous doggies were a delight. My husband and I especially enjoyed the big, beautiful garden, pool, and water features. It felt like a perfect home away from home for a quick break from the hustle and bustle of Johannesburg. The room was spacious. The bathroom was small, but fine for a one or two night stay.

The garden has a gentle, feel-good atmosphere. It's inspiring, thoughtfully planned, and well looked after. The rooms are beautifully decorated down to the smallest detail. This is our second stay at La Vida Luka, and it has everything we need. The hosts are lovely, the service is top notch, and Paul and Irma go the extra mile to make our visits unforgettable. We love being here and hope to return soon.

We’ll definitely be back. It’s a great base for getting around Pretoria, and Paul and Irma made us feel safe and at home from the moment we arrived. They were helpful throughout.

The rooms felt like home, and the whole property was spotless, set in a lovely environment. Paul and Irma are wonderful hosts who do their best to make your stay enjoyable. A place I’d happily stay at again.

The peaceful gardens and the care Irma and Paul showed us made this place special. After our first three days, we came back to Vida la Luka for the rest of our time in Pretoria. We’re very grateful for their attention to detail and the comfort of the rooms.
