Great service and a beautiful guesthouse, ideally placed next to Urology Hospital. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The rooms need an upgrade. They were very hot, and the door could have been left open before guests arrived to cool them down. There was no cold water in the fridge for a warm day, and guests should be told at check-in whether the pool is available, especially in hot weather. The person on duty wasn't friendly or talkative. We checked out within 45 minutes of arriving, and he didn't ask why or give me even a partial refund.

Llewelyn and Adam were friendly and always ready to help, with service that was 100%. My husband spent six days at Urology hospital, and I had direct access to it from Liza's cottage. I loved the homely feel and the beautifully furnished breakfast room, and felt safe staying at the guest house. I'd recommend it anytime. Thank you, Arthur & Susan Cook.

I'm so glad I stayed there. It was a great, friendly place, and they helped a lot with my situation at Urology hospital Hatfield.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice areas to relax. The people here are friendly, helpful, and welcoming to animals. They're close to most hospitals and businesses, and the prices are good value. I've honestly never seen regular clients cry when leaving before. I can truly recommend them for a stay in the Pretoria area.
