We booked an extra night on short notice during our second stay, and the guesthouse manager was quick to answer our questions and made that easy. In Room 8, I think, the bed and shower were smaller than in Room 7, but still comfortable. It faced the pool, so there was more noise than in Room 7. My partner and I had a dip in the pool and then a nice shower. Room 7, where we stayed the first time, felt romantic and comfortable, with a king-sized bed and a shower in the middle of the room. My partner had booked it, so that layout surprised me. It was farther from the other guests' noise. The only awkward moment was housekeeping knocking and saying, “You're still sleeping at this time, eish,” which felt a little uninviting. Still, it was a five-star experience, and housekeeping rarely intruded. We stayed twice and had a wonderful time overall.

Elain made sure everything was just right and gave us such excellent service. The apartment was spotless and comfortable, with heaters that kept us warm even though it was very cold outside. We had a great stay, and it’s a well-kept place at a reasonable price. I’d definitely recommend it.

Elaine and her son were always around when I needed help, and they made me feel at home. I liked the place and would come back when I need to.

The kitchen curtain was supposed to be fixed the next day, but it still hadn't been done when we left. Also, it would help if the owner put the gate numbers on the gate, since the place was easy to find but there could be confusion. The stay was just okay, nothing special. Tea, toilet paper and hand wash were supplied, but no other toiletries. There was cutlery, crockery, glasses and pots, along with a stove, fridge and kettle. The beds were okay, there was only a shower, but at least the water was hot, and the linen smelled clean. The owner could also tell guests more about nearby attractions, shopping centres, bars and restaurants.
