At the farewell event, I asked for bottled water with my meal because I don't drink juice or soft drinks. I told the waiter more than once, but she refused and said they were only serving canned fruit juices that day. I think water costs less than canned juice, and guests' preferences should matter. A simple request like this could have made the experience better.

Zweli was the person who made our six-day October stay more pleasant. He really went out of his way to help, including when we had trouble with the iron and water in our rooms. The staff were friendly and looked after guests, and the rooms were clean, but the facility needs improvement. The food was awful and poor value. At breakfast, the muesli and dried fruit in the breakfast pack were expired, and the pack had no water. There was little variety, and some dishes didn't go together, like chicken sosaties with pasta. The mogodu was watery and poorly prepared, and the beef stew was watery with tomatoes too. It felt like the chef's specialty was tomatoes. We didn't feel the meals were fit for a business trip, and some looked like leftovers. Based on our stay, I wouldn't recommend the hotel for business travel. The review text also cuts off while referring to Google reviews from other guests.

I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff at this marvelous hotel. The room was spacious and the food delicious. I hope to return next time I'm in Pretoria. Keep up the good work. ✔️🙏

The rooms were great, and the receptionist made me feel welcome. I also had a really good chat with Bongiswa and Zweli about the great facilities and other things.
