The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and our stay in rooms 2 and 3 went well. I originally booked rooms i and 2, but when our group changed I asked to switch, and they moved us into room 3 without any trouble. Thanks for sorting that out. A few suggestions: bedside or reading lights would be more comfortable, and room 3 could use a headboard since I bumped my head against the wall several times. Room safes would also be useful. Room 3 was missing the decoder remote, so we used the one from room 2. I reported it.

The apartment was clean and spacious, and the staff were welcoming, efficient and accommodating from the moment I arrived. I had a great stay at the Menlyn Apartment in Pretoria. They mention complimentary water, but none was there. It's a small thing that could make for a nicer welcome, and it didn't outweigh the quality of the experience. The accommodation and outstanding staff make Menlyn Apartment a strong choice for anyone visiting Pretoria. I highly recommend it.

We had a horrible experience. The owner knocked at 9:25 AM to wake us and remind us checkout was at 10:00 AM, even though we already knew. The attitude and manner were completely unprofessional, and the kettle was broken. I wouldn't recommend the place and won't return.

The people are friendly, sincere and have good ethics, and the venue offers good value for money. I'd recommend it. There have been a few small hiccups, but nothing to worry about.

The gate intercom wasn't working when I arrived. I tried the hooter without getting a response, so I had to call the hotel to get someone to open up. They knew I was coming and the time range. The intercom had apparently failed because of the rain.
