We’re very grateful for the help we received with planning and preparing our wedding at Monte de Dios Fuego. The food was excellent, and the team was accommodating, adapting some arrangements to fit what we needed. They clearly have plenty of experience coordinating weddings and events. We had a wonderful day.

Monte de Dios gave us the beautiful wedding we’d hoped for, and the team made the day feel effortless. We had several stunning venue options to choose from, and Goodness, our wedding planner, went above and beyond to keep everything stress-free from beginning to end. Rain arrived on the day, but the team handled the change with care and professionalism, moving us from the outdoor venue into one of their gorgeous indoor spaces. It turned out even more magical than we’d imagined. The reception looked beautiful, the food was amazing, and we didn’t need to worry about anything. We’re so grateful and highly recommend Monte de Dios for its beauty, professionalism and genuine care.

The roads and parking are awful, with the driveway in bad and the road out even worse, running through tall grass and mud. The grass needs cutting. Don’t bring a regular car here, you’d need a 4x4. Never again.

A lovely place for functions on Pretoria’s eastern side, with a view across the hills and a formal restaurant. It’s especially nice around twilight.
