We raised the problems as soon as we arrived and said this wasn’t the room we had booked. We were told it was the correct room and that everything was fully booked. After we reported that the toilet didn’t work, they moved us to another room at midnight, which was a major inconvenience and uncomfortable. I checked in on 31 December 2025, and the stay was far below what the app advertised. The online photos were misleading. There was long, uncut grass outside the room, and the room itself looked nothing like the pictures. The standard overall was very low. The room smelled strongly of something foul, and I woke up with sinus discomfort. The shower barely worked, with only a trickle of water, the toilet was broken, and the TV had no signal. This caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience and didn’t match the quality promised when booking.

The room was clean, and the receptionist gave us a friendly, warm welcome. The children enjoyed themselves, but I would have left if it weren’t for them. We didn’t get the room we’d selected, and when I asked, I was told they were fully booked. The WiFi didn’t work in the rooms, and the response was, “there’s nothing we can do ma’am.”

We arrived late, and they just handed us a map to find our rooms ourselves. The air conditioning was a little unreliable too. Still, it’s a beautiful place with lovely views and everything else was great. I’d definitely visit again.

The reception area was clean and beautiful, and the woman who helped me there was so friendly, easily a 100 from me. The yard was another story: long grass and spiderwebs in the passage made it feel like walking into a pigsty. The rooms don't live up to the word “premium.” Mine smelled like dust, the couch sagged and had a stain, so I wasn't sure whether to sit on it or avoid it. I checked the water bottle and saw signs it had been refilled, which made me afraid to drink it. The bathroom gets a 3/10 from me. Water came out in the wrong direction and sprayed outside the shower, so the showerhead needs fixing. I was disappointed because a year ago there had been talk of upgrades after another customer complained about musty rooms and worn towels. Standard rooms shouldn’t mean abandoned rooms.
