The area felt safe, but almost everything else about our stay was a letdown. At Rosetoli Bed & Breakfast, the promised airport pickup became a random taxi, our rooms were missing beds, and the bathrooms had no locks or towels. The facilities were below basic, and the shared kitchen was messy and unhygienic. The airport transfer was another problem: they charged us 2,210 Rand for an Uber that cost only 340 Rand, and the driver wasn't even paid. A nightmare of a stay. Avoid it.

This place has potential, but it’s badly managed, unhygienic, and unwelcoming. As a paying customer I felt really unsettled, and the whole place came across as very sad. Breakfast was poor too. They had tea, but couldn’t even offer a cup of coffee.

I felt completely safe here, and the hospitality was so warm. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had. I’d return in a heartbeat.
