The Rasmus

Finding out there was beekeeping on the property was interesting, and we got to try their honey at breakfast. The Farm was clean and neat, easy to reach, and a real gem. Fidelis and Philip made our stay very pleasant. Big ups to the team!

The rooms were luxurious, and both the food and service were excellent. We liked walking around the working farm in the city and watching the animals. The conferences were the one drawback. Conference members shared the dining area, and their loud talk about strategies, feedback, and analysis made it hard to enjoy the quiet farm setting we'd booked for. They had the best spot, with the view of the farm and Koi pond, while other visitors were seated at the back. We regrettably didn't get the tranquil experience we came for.

For five years, The Rasmus Boutique Hotel has been my choice whenever I'm in Pretoria. I keep returning because the food is so carefully prepared, and as someone who follows a Muslim diet, I appreciate how kindly and easily they accommodate my preferences. The owners are humble, inspiring business leaders, and their passion, integrity, and hands-on approach show in the details. There's a quiet elegance to the place, but it also feels warm and welcoming. The team gives personal, thoughtful service and seems to anticipate what you need. Every meal feels like an occasion, and every visit has its own care behind it. I'm grateful for the hospitality that has made this such a cherished tradition. One day I hope to trundle along with my whole family for a leisure weekend at my favourite haunt. ( Yasmin Bacus )

We ate on-site and the food was superb. Since The Rasmus Boutique Hotel is small, the staff gave us personal attention right from arrival, taking us straight to our rooms and checking us in afterward. The new rooms outside the main building are spacious and quiet. We were surprised to see springbok on-site, as well as the Koi pond. It's a hidden gem in southern Pretoria.
