The roof has good food, and there’s a mall right next door along with other nice places to eat where you can spend some time. Just remember to bring an SA plug converter. I stayed for four days and found it really relaxing. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the friendly staff were always ready to help when I needed them.

The staff were very friendly, and I liked the hotel facilities. Menlyn Maine is essentially downstairs, while Menlyn Mall is about a 15-minute walk away. One service gap showed up around Christmas: Trilogy hotel was closed, so breakfast was at the Maine, a manageable three-minute walk. Room service was listed as 24/7, but I had to call Maine using my roaming line to get help. They responded quickly around 9 or 10 pm, but there was no service at 1 or 2 am. I’d suggest expanding no-stay parking.

Parking was excellent, and shops are nearby and within walking distance. I’m still enjoying my stay, from 24 till 11 October 2025. On arrival I got great service, and when maintenance was needed in room 220, they told me right away and moved me to excellent room 506. Samantha at reception checked that I was happy there and made sure my wifi worked. The reception staff were professional and helpful, and I appreciated Fidelity Security's assistance too. I’m really impressed by the Hotel Capital Trilogy at Menlyn. Keep up the professional service.

10 out of 10. The rooms are huge, and the staff are friendly. Breakfast had so many choices and was so complete that I wouldn’t get bored of it. Menlyn plaza has several places to eat within walking distance, literally under the building.
