The garden birds, refreshing pool, and quiet setting made our stay especially lovely, and town was close by. Our room was very comfortable, and Johan was wonderfully attentive to the little details. We enjoyed our two nights so much that we wished we’d booked a third.

After a day out exploring, it was easy to unwind at 81 Church Street. The village is within walking distance, yet the place stays quiet enough for a proper rest. It has a warm, welcoming feel, with comfortable rooms and thoughtful touches that made the stay special. A lovely Karoo welcome and friendly hospitality.

The bed felt like a cloud, and I loved finding cream in the fridge and tasty rusks in the room. The gardens were beautiful and really stirred the senses. Everything about the place was amazing. Thank you so much, we’ll be back.

Johan is an incredible host, and the garden and pool made this such a refreshing place to take a break. We loved it here. The room was beautiful and well equipped, with luxurious bedding, exactly what we needed to relax.

We stayed one night in the pool cottage and wished we’d had longer. Johan was a great host, and the amenities and finishes were all to a very high standard. The place is right in the heart of Prince Albert, with lovely gardens all around, and it makes a great base for exploring. The solar panels also mean load shedding is a thing of the past! And the rusks are the best in the Klein Karoo. 🤩🤩
