Johan and Ida were fabulous hosts, ready to help with anything I needed. The suites are immaculately kept, and my upstairs room looked straight out over the ocean with a spectacular view. I only stayed one night, but felt much more relaxed already and decided to extend my stay. Future visitors should stay at LEAST two or three nights, you’ll feel the difference.

Ida went far beyond what we expected as a host. When we had a small medical emergency, she called and booked a doctor's appointment for us, then topped up our phone in case we needed it. Belle Mer is a stunning hidden gem in Pringle Bay, with gorgeous views, and we loved watching the sunset from the huge balcony and listening to the waves crash in. Breakfast was a lovely bonus, and the prices are fantastic. Our stay was top notch, and we’ll definitely return. I highly recommend it. Thank you so much, Ida :)

The rooms are bright and spacious, with lovely ocean views, and our host Ida was so friendly and helpful. She also cooked a fantastic breakfast. We’d happily come back for another few days.

The breakfast was amazing, with a big spread of bread, fruit, muesli, vegetables, eggs, sausage and bacon. We’re having a great stay in Room Nr 2 on the 1st floor. It’s extremely clean and spacious, with lots of light, an ocean view and the sound of the waves. There’s a huge bathroom, two balconies and a sofa, too. The hostess is kind and helpful. Absolutely recommend this place!

From the first day, my girlfriend and I felt at home at Belle Mer guest house. We had a wonderful weekend, and our room was just right, with everything we needed. Ida and Johan gave amazing service, and the breakfast was superb. They’ll definitely see us again.
