Staff were helpful when I had a puncture, and they were accommodating about our departure times. The room was nice and spacious, and the extra bed worked well. We could get takeout without worrying about cutlery. All in all, a great stay.

The cleaning staff were friendly, and my room was spotless. During my stay from 25 Jul 25 to 1 Aug 25, the place felt like a stunning home away from home, and staff did respond to our requests. Still, I got the impression those requests were a burden. For example, the alarm box door by the window in room 8 had been left open and kept banging against the wall, disturbing my sleep. I asked Michael to do something about it, but he angrily said he couldn't, because the alarm company had left it open and only they could close or lock it.

The place felt homely and comfortable, and the food was great. The hosts and staff were an amazing team. Yandi deserves a shout out for the friendly smile and awesome service.
