Sea Notes Guest House

Robyn was a fantastic host, and the location is sublime. The photos and reviews had set our expectations high, but the stay exceeded them. It's the best seaside accommodation I've stayed in, and I'll definitely return. Thanks for everything, Robyn.

We loved the sound of the waves against the rocks at all hours, and the ocean view was amazing. The Oyster apartment is right by the sea and has private access to the beach and rock pools through a gate from the property. The neighbouring buildings also shelter it from the strong coastal wind, which made sitting out on the deck with food and drinks much more comfortable. It's a quaint, clean and comfortable self-catering place, with the necessities for cooking and antique wooden furniture that's very well maintained. Robyn welcomed us warmly and kept the accommodation in great condition. We really enjoyed our stay here. I'd recommend it for anyone visiting the Seaview-Beachview-Maitlands area or looking for a place by the sea.

I've stayed at Sea Notes several times and love it. Robyn is considerate and kind, and the views are fantastic. You can step straight out onto the rocky shore. Highly recommended.

The cottage was neat and tidy, and we slept really well in the beds. It was our first time at Sea Notes, staying in the Sea weed cottage, and it turned out to be one of our best holidays ever. With the sea right outside, there's hardly any need to go anywhere. It's an exceptionally beautiful place. Robyn, the owner, is very attentive and happy to share her local knowledge if you want ideas for things to do or places to go. We say we'll definitely be back next year.
