I never received the invoice I needed for business, despite following up several times. The host kept making excuses about why it couldn't be sent, and the poor communication and lack of professionalism made the whole experience extremely frustrating. I paid the full amount upfront as required before the booking was confirmed, without any issue. For business travel where proper documentation matters, I wouldn't recommend this accommodation.

Thank you to Eddie for being helpful and for doing our laundry. The room was clean, but I struggled with the shower and couldn't wash in the morning. Unfortunately, we couldn't keep staying in the room we wanted to. I'd definitely come back with my family.

The host wouldn't negotiate on a later check-in and refused to let us in after 9:00pm. We told them we had four children in the car, but they were fine leaving us stranded. We had booked and paid, then got delayed by traffic, and they also refused to refund any of the fee. We had to pay for somewhere else to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay with my family. The place was nice and quiet, and the rooms were clean. I'd like to thank Madeira Bed for the excellent service 👌.

The bed was a little noisy but still comfortable, and there's a shower with hot water. The rooms are neat and cleaned every day. They come with a TV, microwave, bar fridge, kettle, coffee and tea, plates, cups and glasses, plus an iron, a small ironing board, and a wardrobe. The carport was included in the price. The place is in a safe, quiet area. For what I paid, I'm satisfied with what I got, and I'd book again.
