There weren't any towels when we arrived, so I had to ask for them. The coffee and powdered milk were in stale containers, and there was no sugar. A shocking experience. As I'm writing this, the girls' noise started at 5am. They don't seem to care that it's checkout time: they bang doors with a Hoover Machine while cleaning, and talk and laugh loudly.

The receptionist Nthabeleng was rude and kept taking private calls in front of us. She also demanded 150 for someone who was with us. We went to sit outside by the pool, and she locked the doors. I've never felt so humiliated. Then she made us sit in reception as if we hadn't paid. I want action taken against her now, and I'm going to take this to all social media. Bad service.

The bathtub was extremely dirty, and the paint on the wall was cracked. You'll need to bring your own toiletries. There's no room service or housekeeping, so if you're booked for several days, your room, bedding, and cleaning won't be taken care of. There was nobody at reception when we got locked out, and nobody answered the phone for two hours. We nearly had to sleep outside. No one even apologized afterward. I'm not coming back.
