The rooms aren't maintained well: doors are falling apart, there's no bathroom light, and no air conditioning. There was no Wi-Fi, no DStv, and even the SABC channels didn't have a clear picture. The TV had no remote, and there was no backup power during load shedding. Security is lacking, especially at the main entrance, where I felt my car could be hijacked. The owner himself was defensively rude. Customers aren't respected or protected. It's a shame for Gauteng and Midrand.

The bathrooms weren't maintained, the rooms were dusty, and the blankets were dirty. It might do only if you're desperate.

The photos online made the place look great, but inside it was a mess. I booked a double room, only to be told on arrival it had already been taken and that I should take a single instead. That room was ridiculously expensive for a single bed. The toilet didn't work, the doors were falling apart, and the receptionist was rude. She took almost two hours to open the gate for us, and it seemed like she was snoring the whole time. The advertised number doesn't work either. Honestly, this place needs to be reviewed and closed because nothing seems to work.

The website claims are blatant lies. The property is run down and dirty throughout. My single room felt like a prison cell, with yellowed paint, no aircon or fan, torn curtains and what looked like a ceiling about to collapse. There was no Wi-Fi despite the ads. Three rooms share one bathroom, but there's no bath plug and no shower, just a shower handle above the bath. The kitchen is a shambles, with taps that don't work and not one microwave on site. Security is almost nonexistent, and the pool is a lovely shade of green. Staff have very heavy foreign accents that are extremely difficult to understand, and they make it clear they don't care. Enjoy the Comfort Suites (sick).
