Ouklip Place

The rooms were spacious, spotless and very comfortable during my stay with a large group of international travelers. Gloria, the property manager, and the staff gave us outstanding service. Gloria especially showed genuine care and kept going out of her way to make sure our needs were met. I'd highly recommend this place for comfort and great service.

I had such a good time staying here, and I'll definitely come again. Gloria was incredibly kind and even did our laundry without expecting anything back. She has one of the kindest hearts I've ever come across. Thank you x 😌 ☺️ 🤗 ♡♡

They cancelled our booking two days before check-in because another guest wanted to extend their stay. We'd already booked and paid, so how is that supposed to work? The service was very disappointing and didn't feel professional, it seemed dodgy to me. Edit: The owner's reply below still doesn't make sense. Surely the other guest should have been told they couldn't extend, since someone else had already booked and paid for those dates.

During my two-day stay, this place felt like home. Sis Gloria was welcoming and always willing to give you what you needed. She doesn't rush you at checkout either. I'm definitely thinking of having my baby shower there.
