The rooms were nice, but the pool has no steps or shallow end for younger kids. On our first morning we waited in reception for 10-15 minutes for breakfast, with no luck, so we drove to wimpy. The host was hard to find most of the time and complained that we were bothering her when we tried to pay around checkout.

There's nothing elegant about this Manor. The four star rating is a joke. There was only one towel in the room, no toilet paper or soap, and we had to ask for the aircon remote. Even getting breakfast was a problem. I'd give zero stars if I could, and won't be staying there anytime soon.

On a business trip to Rustenbrug, we stayed at Elegant Manor. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, and the place was clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner were good and better than I expected. I'd definitely consider staying here again if I return to Rustenburg.

We'd often used the guest house and gardens for work in the past and never had a bad experience. Recently, though, the place has become a complete disaster. It's not maintained, the grounds aren't kept neat, and management is quite rude and arrogant.

The peaceful, gorgeous surroundings were so refreshing, and the rooms were comfortable. The staff were wonderful too. I absolutely loved it and wish I'd stayed longer. A thumbs up from me!
