Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold options, and there was enough. The staff were efficient, and the guesthouse has a lovely view of the ridge in a very good location. But we were promised a 645 square feet suite with a balcony, as advertised on Booking, and got what felt like a standard double room instead. It had a very large bath and shower, but no balcony, only a shared terrace without privacy. The owner insisted it was a suite and that the size was right. The armchair cushions were covered in stains and filthy, so we asked for them to be replaced straight away. The towels smelled bad, as if they hadn’t been washed and dried properly. The room felt old, worn and smelly, and badly in need of a makeover. We paid for three nights but left after two. We don’t recommend it.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, and we slept well every night. Our bright, lovely room had a beautiful mountain view, and the location was peaceful and convenient. My husband and I felt very welcome, and Elsabe was so accommodating. Thanks to the whole team for looking after us.
