Such a nice, quiet and clean place, and the staff are really friendly.

I lost my charger in the yard and was upset since I'd just bought it, but one of the ladies found it and left it at reception for me. I'm really grateful for that. The staff were helpful, friendly and thorough, and the venue looks beautiful. It felt like a home away from home on my first visit to Waterfall Guesthouse. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with a view of the N4 road, and sits by Waterfall Mall. You don't have to worry about your things going missing. If you need a place to stay in Rustenburg, I highly recommend Waterfall Guesthouse 🙏🏼🤍

The food was great, the rooms are nicely done and the manager was helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay, though the rooms could have been cleaner. There was dust and bugs on the shelves and coffee tray, and there was also an issue with the bed base that the manager apologized for. Keep in mind that you can't eat in the rooms. Meals are allowed only in the dining hall or on the balcony, even though the place is self-catering.

I've stayed here twice, and the manager was willing to make exceptions for me both times. It's good quality for the money, though of course it's not a 5-star hotel. The location is ideal, near Waterfall Mall and several other places. There's a beautiful hall or venue, a nice breakfast and a massive pool. The surroundings and view are beautiful, and the area is very quiet.
