The shops were an easy walk away, and the guesthouse was centrally placed for many tourist attractions. Meloney and Dave were so friendly and helpful. Every room was beautiful, and the whole place was immaculately clean. Easily the best guesthouse I've had the pleasure of staying in.

The food and drinks were reasonably priced, and the hospitality from the owners, Dave and Sue, was fantastic. Guy and Himonique carried that same warmth through in their work. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I recommend them very highly.

Wendy and Meloney were wonderful and helped me arrange a special candlelit dinner for my partner, with starters, a main course, and dessert. The table looked beautiful, dressed with candles and roses. We had a great experience at Big 5 events. They welcomed us so warmly, and our rhino room was spacious and just right for us as a couple.

It's right in town, and I really liked the roomy bedroom. The bathroom is its own separate room, and everything was very neat. The gentleman and his wife are genuinely wonderful people. Big 5 really is a five star guest house!

The food was amazing, and they even went out of their way to find unusual karaoke songs for us. Such a fun night.
