The homemade breakfast was fresh and generous, and the rooms were spacious, welcoming and had everything we needed. It’s just 100 meters from the main street, yet once the front door shuts, you’re in a green oasis. We stayed four nights and it felt like visiting friends. Beforehand I’d asked about the many local excursions, but Adrian and Marie advised us not to book anything yet. They arranged everything on the spot with us, adjusted the plan when the weather changed, and even sorted out a last-minute trip for our final day.

Marie cooks incredible breakfasts, with culinary skills that seem to have no limits. I even got a palate cleanser between courses one morning! The rooms have everything you need and more, luxurious but still homey. Marie and Adrian are warm, kind, generous hosts, and Adrian’s knowledge and passion for the area made our visit memorable. This is one of the best guest houses I’ve stayed in. I can’t wait to come back. It has to be one of the best lodges in SA?

Adrian and Marie made me feel at home as soon as I arrived at Kwalucia. It was like having a South African family while I was there. The room was amazing, breakfast was really tasty, and the hosts were kind and welcoming. I can’t recommend the place enough, and I’ll definitely come back. Thanks again, Adrian and Marie.

The hosts were incredibly sweet and shared lots of information with us. They even invited us to try some fish they’d caught that day. Breakfast was so generous we didn’t need lunch afterwards, and the rooms are beautifully decorated with great amenities. Kwalucia feels like its own little heaven in St.Lucia. I honestly can’t think of anything negative about the stay. Thanks for such a great experience. ❤️

Seeing the humpbacks was breathtaking and a highlight of our stay. St Lucia is a lively little haven, with lots of places to visit and great restaurants. The hosts, Adrian and Marie, were so kind and helpful, which made everything feel personal. The grounds and rooms were outstanding and clean, and we both had the best night’s sleep ever. Breakfast was wonderful, definitely enough to skip lunch. Thanks again from Jonathan & Helen.
