Lake View Cabanas

The rooms were very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. But noisy guests carried on late into the night, and nobody seemed to step in, even though it was so disruptive. We ended up booking somewhere else with four nights still left in our stay. Really disappointing, since the place itself has potential, but we couldn't enjoy it without noise control.

We had a good stay, and the beds and unit were very comfortable. The accommodation is good, but the cupboards in the bedroom and bathroom of unit 8 need replacing because of water damage. Noisy neighbours upstairs kept going until 2 am. There was also an inconsiderate person blocking the driveway, so we had to wait for reception to find him. I strongly recommend having a security person monitor the property and help deal with people partying noisily into the morning.

Please improve the cleaning. The room cupboard was very dirty, and the sofas need a proper clean. The kitchen needs a makeover too, and its dish rack was rusty. The shower door was broken and had been replaced with a curtain that kept sticking to my body, making it awkward to shower.

The aircon didn't work, and the pool area toilets had no lighting. The windows wouldn't open, and there were no spare keys for people sharing. I won't visit again.
