The food was fresh every day, and I especially liked the daily buffets. The chefs were friendly, with a different chef each day. It’s a great conference venue: the rooms were exceptional and a technical team was always available to help. I’d recommend it for business trips, a relaxed night out, or a good place to stay.

The pool area looks beautiful at any hour, and the interiors are elegant. The apartments have everything you need, with one and two bedroom options, and I think there are also three bedroom ones. It’s in a great area, close to useful places, and the staff are helpful. You can’t go wrong here.

We spent five wonderful days here for a Special Olympics workshop. Our room was clean and pleasant, with a queen bed and everything we needed. The location was calm and cozy, and felt very secure. The staff welcomed us warmly, and although our check-in was meant to be later, they arranged something for us. Everyone was extremely friendly. The restaurant was flexible, and the whole restaurant crew deserves thanks for the good food and drinks served during our energy breaks. The South African food specialties were a treat. The workshop room was spacious and well equipped, with pens, notepads, and smart boards. When we wanted to visit the city or shop, shuttle service was available, and the drivers were lovely. I strongly recommend this place if you’re visiting South Africa. I’ve also heard they have a sister hotel with the same standards.

The apartments are spacious and the rates are fairly reasonable. The restaurant menu is limited, mostly local dishes and a few sandwiches. Sandton Center is not too far away, with quality shops and a wide selection of products, plus some very good restaurants. One was called the Butcher's, or something close to that, though I can’t remember the exact name.

There’s plenty of space, and the hotel felt clean and safe. The staff were friendly and helpful, though at times a little too attentive in the restaurant, where several people might check if you need anything. The food was good, with South African spices that made it special. My room was a good size, but I could hear people walking outside, and the window blinds didn’t close fully, so I couldn’t get complete privacy. The pool didn’t look clean enough for me to try. The area is quiet, which also means walking around after sunset didn’t seem advisable. It’s close enough to Santon, with lots of malls, shops, bars, and cafes.
