For the price, the service was exceptional, and the hotel felt world class. My favorite part was breakfast, freshly prepared by Chef Promise, who pays close attention to detail. The potato wedges and mushrooms were especially good. One small suggestion: the buffet plates could be warmed.

Ayanda was especially helpful in making sure my daughter's matric dance preparations went smoothly. Before our stay, whenever we visited the hotel, she greeted us with a big smile and reassured us that our concerns would be handled. On check-in day, Nelia welcomed us warmly too, and she is a real asset to the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed our one-night stay thanks to the staff's hospitality. Breakfast was delicious. Many thanks to Ayanda and Nelia in particular. We'd definitely return and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

My family and I had an amazing stay just before Christmas. The staff were attentive to guests' needs, quick to address concerns, and very friendly. Emmanuel and Luthando deserve a special mention. This is the best service I've experienced at a hotel anywhere in the world, and I don't give that compliment lightly. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to feel their money was well spent.

Sunana, the brand chief, takes great care with the meals and tries to make each breakfast a feast, even for guests like me with special requirements. Zinhle, the frontline manager, always greets me and recognizes my face. Check-in with him takes less than a minute. The hotel itself is fresh, clean, and lovely from the outside, in a charming-looking spot. The staff are what make the stay so pleasant and home-like. I didn't expect much from a Hampton, but this one was surprisingly nice. It's the best Hampton I've stayed at anywhere in the world, and in some ways it even beats some proper Hiltons. Cheers!
