The place is lovely, clean and fresh, and service was fast and efficient. There was hardly any wait when they sorted out the Aircon issue. The food was tops too, except the vegetarian choice was limited to 4 dishes while non-vegetarian guests had about 10. There wasn't protein in the vegetarian dishes either. Please consider us vegetarians.

We had a noisy room facing the highway, especially in the mornings, and the balcony didn't offer privacy. The toilet and shower doors also wouldn't close properly. The staff were friendly and helpful the whole stay, and the food was very good, better than expected. Service was excellent, but maintenance, privacy and noise insulation in the rooms need improvement.

The room was lovely, and I liked the receptionist. Staff were friendly overall. Breakfast was a letdown: all the food was cold, and the eggs were still raw. When I asked for a fried egg, they didn't seem to take it well. I'd suggest not putting the scrambled eggs and fried eggs in a Bain marine.

The breakfast being included was a plus, and it was well thought out. The place was clean, with staff always on point and service at a high standard. I loved all three nights here. It's quiet and secluded for a hotel, being in a business park. I'll definitely be a regular whenever I'm in Johannesburg.

We had a good stay overall. The rooms could use some serious attention, but Joshua's team has always delivered exceptional service and goes out of their way to make sure things are done properly.
